We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use this web application for personal or professional habit tracking.

## 2. Data Ownership & Responsibility
You retain full ownership and control of all data you input into Habit Ally.
* **No Server Storage**: We do not back up, sync, or store your data on external servers.
* **User Backups**: You are solely responsible for exporting your data as backups. If you clear your browser cookies/cache, use an Incognito/Private window, change browsers, or switch devices, your habit history will be lost.
* **Data Loss Liability**: We are not liable for any lost data, corrupt databases, or incomplete tracking histories resulting from browser updates, crashed tabs, operating system cleanups, or accidental deletion of local storage.

## 3. Disclaimers & No Warranty
This tool is provided for convenience and productivity optimization. 
* We do not guarantee that the application will be 100% bug-free, uninterrupted, or fully compatible with every browser version or device type.
* To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.

Habit Ally is open-source software licensed under the MIT License. You are free to inspect, fork, modify, and self-host the source code in accordance with the repository's license terms.
